Hi guys!

I'm joining this group as we are sending my documents the third week of Jan. I've been working on the cover sheet and these are the documents that will support our case. Any thoughts? We don't have a joint bank account. I attached the document.

I attached my cover letter.

Thanks and best wished to you all!

No attorney for us. We hired an attorney when we filed for the fiance visa and we still got an RFE. We did the AOS on our own (no RFE) and we're doing the ROC on our own as well.

How did everyone organize their paperwork? Did you use a binder, did you hole punch, did you use tabs? We used manila folders with fasteners for the AOS and we whole punched the papers on the top. We had no issues with that.

Ours is pretty similar to this. We have our information at the very top too (names, alien number, DOB, SSN).

Didn't think marriage certificate was needed. Isn't that already established from when you applied for AOS?

For travel itinerary, are you just using copies or do you have plane tickets? I wonder if it's worth printing our itineraries from Expedia or if it doesn't matter because it's not an official document, like a plane ticket.

Hi,

Yes, private info is on top too.

I'm including copy of marriage certificate just in case, i don't know if it is necessary or not.

I don't have all the plane tickets so I'm printing expedia itineraries and passport stamps. I may be sending too many documents...

That is a mistake......No one can have 2018 tax year transcripts.

Hey guys! How are you going to print the phone bills and calls history? I'm thinking about just printing from the last three months...Will that be enough?

Thanks!

Hello all January filers!

Sending my packet tomorrow morning. Has anyone who sent their packages in the last few days (or during the government shutdown) gotten a delivery notice yet? There was a conversation on another thread about lockboxes being closed.

We got our notice yesterday
