I posted a bit earlier, there are some November 2018 filers still without their extension letters.

I remember when I filed for AoS, it was 3 weeks before they even cashed the check, nevermind sending me any notices.

Speed is not to be expected from them 😂

Wow talk about panic when they haven't even cased the check!!

I mean, i guess there is no need to worry in my case. They have my money, they have my papers. The rest is down to them!

I am the beneficiary originally from UK !!

ROC Timeline:

01.04.19: I-751 Received @ Phoenix

01.09.19: Check Cashed

Your earliest filing date is Jan13,2019 unless you have waiver of some sort. May be you can create a separate thread asking people what would happen in this case.

My belief is they would deny your application and you will have to resend. But please confirm with others as well.

Good luck.

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically.

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn

by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled, but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced

i did some google search for filing early and did find some threads where people didn't have to refile and a lot others where they had to.

You can create a new thread perhaps to ask about timeline for cases similar to yours being sent to Arizona.

That's my 2cents.

I am not sure what can be done when even fee hasn't been accepted by USCIS.

If you filed a joint petition, your 90-day filing window opened on Jan 13, 2019. Since your I-751 package was delivered before this date, most likely the USCIS Lockbox will return the package without charging your credit card. Once you get the package back, you can re-file it again before April.

The I-751 instructions are very clear on when you can file for ROC:

I'm probably in the same boat.  I tried to do an e-request on line yesterday but it would not take it.  I guess I have to wait 30 days after filing?  Currently overseas so I can't call USCIS.
