As the spouse of a USC you’re eligible 3 years after the date of your initial greencard (the “resident since” field).

Does it have to be 90 days before? Or I can just apply after 2/14/2020? What exactly documents do I need  before applying? Is there a guide as for Roc?

Cheque is cashed today, now waiting on extension letter

I sent out my package on the 16th of January 2019. Uscis received it on the 18th.  Uscis charged my credit card earlier this morning jan 22nd 2018 . I then later received my case number via text messages starting with "EAC". I believe that's Vermont service center.. let the waiting game begins.  🙂

I got my first fingerprinting letter, I am also from EAC Vermont. I will let you know any update

Well we sent our package to AZ and we got the text with case number start with MSC , which is the national benfit center and also called Missouri service center which doesn't show process Time or not alot of people in it.. so it's strange.. that why I was asking if any one had updates..

I'm trying to check the EAC receipt no on USCIS case status tool but that receipt no does not recognized by USCIS website. I'm just curious do we get new receipt no when I get NOA. this way I can check my status online?

@Charming12 did you check on the website in my signature?

If it is not updated even there, it takes them a day to update after sending text at least in my case.
