Not physically living together is something you'll need to overcome. They are a bit ridiculous about this. Def bring her for interview. When I had my interview in Albany they did call about 2 days before interview telling me to bring my spouse... Though that was already my plan. Evidence seems okay for people who physically live together. Do either of you travel back and forth.. what's the arrangement, how often do you see each other etc.(don't tell me, just figure out how you'll explain and more importantly what evidence you'll show that though you're not physically together you're still very much married)

Thank you for getting back to me. Yeah I intend to bring her for N400 interview that is scheduled for next week. Due to Covid restriction in NYS, as much as I wish to visit my wife and kids, unfortunately I cant. I stayed with my family for almost 2 months due to birth of our second child back in May, 2020 and now I am again united with family for another 6 weeks. My wife did not visit me due to kids and also she cant get that much vacation from her employer as she started work this year. Our credit/bank account is still shared and we put ourselves as beneficiaries to one another except for our health insurance

Had a combo interview on this week. My i751/ N400 was approved and i had Oath same day. Officer was very professional. He told me that he has never seen people from my country before here in USCIS. Well, in Iceland it is only 350000 people, so that is very likely. Lol :) ok, i am finally DONE. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting!

Roc - 21,5 months.

N400 - almost 10 months.

Phoenix, AZ office.

Thank you for sharing and congratulations! Was he interviewed both, you and your spouse or just you? And were questions difficult? Who had to answer?

Sick and tired of this waiting game. My I-751 was considered outside normal processing times on Sept 7, so I filed a request. They promised a reply by the end of the month, and I never got one. Called back and was put through to a Tier 2 officer. She filed another request on my behalf and said I should get a reply by October 20. Still silence.

No movement on either of my cases... I-751 since Jan 2019, and N-400 since Jan 2020.

Not even a bio for 751 form ?

There was no need for them, as my previous ones were fine.

Then I got new biometrics for my N-400 in Feb 2020. Since then, nothing on either case.

Yes, IO interviewed us both (me and my husband). Was a lot of questions like how did we meet, where, about our kids, friends, vacations. Nothing difficult if you have Real marriage. For example, IO asked me - how did we meet each other. I said that my husband was a boss of my sister. Then IO asked my husband - what is the name of my sister.
As I said earlier, IO was very professional. Nothing to be afraid about if you have nothing to hide. Good luck!!!

I need help/advise as to how I could forward my incoming greencard to TX? My greencard case got approved earlier this week and today I got a notice that USPS will deliver my greencard at my home address in NY on Jan 11,2020 but the problem is that I am out of state until 30th Jan,2021 and no one would be at home to collect my greencard. I guess someone need to sign it for certified priority mail right? What should I do?

It does not need a signature, no. USPS just dump it in your mailbox, so hopefully your mailbox is secure so nobody can get your card out of it.

Hi. As I know you had your i751/n400 interview on January 4. And your case (both cases) was approved. So what green card are you talking about?
you should get your naturalization certificate instead of new green card. I don’t understand........can you explain please?

Yes, I had I751/N400 interview on Jan 04 and they were approved on the spot. My Naturalization oat ceremony is yet to be scheduled so I am still waiting in line for one final step with USCIS.I am not sure why did USCIS sent out greencard to me which I am not going to need it anyway:) I guess I can still use it for the remaining part of my immigration journey.

N-400:

01/13/2020: N-400 Filed online
01/18/2020 biometrics appointment scheduled for Feb 4th 2020
02/04/2020 Biometric done
11/30/2020 Interview for N-400 scheduled same day same time with I-751 for Jan 6th, 2021
01/06/2021: combo interview approved
01/07/2021: N-400 recommended to be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review.
01/07/2021 Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled
Waiting for Oath Ceremony

My interview was scheduled on 1.10pm but wasn't called til 2.15pm (Atlanta Field Office). It was super simple. I bought some of updated documents like bank stt, proofs of health insurance, Auto/Home insurance, utility bills... Officer asked me if I wanted to provide him any updated documents, i handed to him all, He took them but didn't bother look at them. He asked my husband (the petitioner - USC) :
How we met? when did we got married? any child (no)?
Then He said he thinks that there's no issue so he will approve this I-751, then move to N-400 questions, He asked my husband to step out and wait outside. N-400 questions, writing, reading was all simple, then he had me confirm my info what will be on my Citizenship Cert.
Then that was it. He said he will submit the case for quality review, then it should be approved.
What I need to do is just wait.
Thank you you guys for sharing all your info to help each other through this long journey and good luck.
