Do you have to travel soon or are starting a new job? You are still a permanent resident with asll the benefits even if your letter expires. My letter Expired and I'm still waiting for both my cases to be processed just like you. My expected completion is September but I'm not really expecting much at this point.

So I heard back from Senator office and they said that if I have already contacted congressman for the case help, they won’t be able to help me. Given that congressman office is not responding to any email or call, we rely on USCIS now! I called the congressman’s office once every 4 weeks only not like calling daily and an email every month. They are just there to pretend helping 😠

There isn't much they can really do esp since your case isn't really out of what is now normal processing times. There's no impending emergency so your status at the moment is not in jeopardy. You're not traveling or anything so you should be okay. Fingers crossed you see some movement soon.

NBC is probably finished with it and just waiting for your N400 interview.

We filed my wife's N400 Jan. 5, 2020, and her I-751 was transferred to NBC a couple days later. There was no other change on her i-751 until it changed to Approved the day after her N400 interview on July 8.

I didn't contact congressman and was hoping to the slowdown is only due to covid. My 18 mth extension is expiring in Sep and makes me a little nervous.

I added you.

@Deagle created the spreadsheet. I just offered help out because I have a job where I can keep Visa Journey open in a tab in my browser, and I can easily take care of the updates.

Congressman and Senators are useless especially in my case you may try it but for me its just waste of time.

Atleast I was able to get a appointment for passport stamp through Tier 2 officer this week. I highly recommend you to contact USCIS Tier 2 officer if you really want to get stamp in passport, this way you wont have to worry about expiration of extension letter.

How did you get Tier 2, did you have to insist with Tier 1?

No so far  I had no problem whenever I tried to speak with Tier 1 to connect me to Tier2 so it shouldn't be problem for you to reach out to Tier 2 officer.

Well, my processing time in Potomac Service Center just jumped from 19,5 to 20,5 months. So I have to wait another month to inquire about my case. My extension letter expires soon, and I was hoping to go see my family. I'm so tired of this BS!!!
