My estimated completion date for my n400 is May, and my i751 is pending.  When I was doing the biometric appointment I was told they would not combine them.  Not sure if that person was providing accurate information or not, but to err with an abundance of caution, and for the sake of efficiency (mine - bc contacting USCIS is a nightmare) I reached out to my congressman’s office.  They had me fill out a privacy release form, and will contact USCIS on my behalf with their desired result either being a decision on the i751, or to have it transferred to the local office for a combination adjudication.  Either is fine with me.

She did say it takes about 2 weeks for them to get a response from USCIS, so I would suggest you look into the same with some urgency so that you don’t get stuck in n400 limbo while the i751 sits untouched.

Hi,

you will get a response within a week!...

Good Luck!

Looks like my interview was scheduled today.  I of course can not see the letter online yet.

My i751 is still pending from January 28, 2019 in Vermont.  It has not updated beyond “we have received your case”.

Interestingly enough, this morning I got confirmation that my congressman’s office will submit an i751 inquiry on my behalf.  I expressed that my concern is that it hasn’t updated to even reflect I did biometrics, so I’m hoping they can get the case transferred to the local office for a combo interview or just approve my 250+ filing of bank statements 🙄.

I know what kind of luck I have and I feel like my i751 will stay put at Vermont and then my n400 will be in a limbo status until whenever Vermont decides to look at their piles.  But fingers crossed and positive vibes 🤞🤞

Congratulations, please when did you apply for n400?

January 28th, 2020, which was exactly 1 year after filing the i751.

My local office is Buffalo, NY, so it’s relatively small and quick in comparison to even other offices in NY state, but I’m pretty surprised at how fast this is coming.

I got my timeline similar to yours. I submitted N-400 on Jan 13. Earlier, It did show that estimate time 8 months (done on Oct 2020). Now the estimate disappeared. My local office is Atlanta field office.

My I-751 was transferred to NBC Since Jan 14.

Yours is super quick. I guess you will get rid of all these stuff sooner than me.

I wonder if biometrics appointments will be honored. I have mine scheduled for my N400 next week. While I don't want to endanger myself nor those around me, I sure as heck don't want yet another delay.

Never mind, all field offices closed as of half hour ago. Yay, another long delay is exactly what I didn't want.

Hello Guys,

After submitting for expedition request based on Humanitarian ground for both I751 and N400, this is what I got from USCIS today:

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on January 15, 2019.  On January 12, 2020, you also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.  Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time.

Does that mean, I will get combo interview for I751 and N400? If yes, My local office in Albany,NY wont schedule Interview until they received I751 file from NBC? how does that work? I want to be done with this immigration process so I can move to TX to join my family

Hi, tell me please what was your reason for expedited request? And which documents you had to submit to support it? Thanks.

I checked my case status and got this

On March 24, 2020, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number SRC199017****, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I hope all of you see this soon as well. It has been exceptionally slow going for us.

I also wish I could thank the USCIS official working during Covid-19 .

01/09/2019  Mailed ROC package via FEDEX to Lewisville,Texas

01/11/2019  Package delivered to USCIS office

01/16/2019  Received text message with service center as SRC

01/17/2019  Status on https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ as accepted. Check submitted electronically to my bank. Not cashed yet.

01/18/2019  Check cashed electronically.

02/07/2019  Called USCIS regarding non delivery of receipt . They asked me to call back after 30 days have expired since delivery

02/11/2019  Called USCIS again regarding non delivery of receipt. Mentioned that license will expire along with greencard on 02/28.

The lady filed a request on my behalf so i could schedule infopass.

                        I separately also filed e-request(https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndn

by choosing I-751 and other option , before calling USCIS just in case.

02/13/2019 Got callback from USCIS that infopass cannot be scheduled, but they will mail

                       a duplicate notice.

11/08/2019 Biometrics got completed

03/24/2020 Case status got changed to card being produced
