Hi Just got an update today for EAC Vermont!!

Does it mean they will send a new card?

Case Was Approved

On February 28, 2020, we approved your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC1990049XXX. We sent you an approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your approval notice by March 14, 2020, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Adjustment from F1 status

01/18/2017  Mailed package I-130, I 485 AND I-765

Day 1 : 01/20/2017-USCIS received package

Day 6 : 01/26/2017-received NOA1 through text

Day 13 : 02/1/2017-received N0A1 hard copy

Day 15 : 02/4/2017-received Biometric Appointment

Day 28: 02/17/2017-did Biometric Appointment

Day 35: 02/24/2017-i485 case status changes to ready to be scheduled for an interview

Day 47: 03/08/2017- status changes to Interview scheduled on 13th april

Day 49 03/10/2017- received interview letter for 13th April

Day 83 04/13/2017- approved...case shows new card is being produced

Day 88 04/17/2017 received  hard copy of approval notices for I-485 and I-130

And a lot of people have been waiting far longer than 10 months.  Not sure why you think you would jump the line?  You have the extension letter and you’re done with biometrics, so what is your concer

Mine also got approved on the 28th...My card is no the way!

Got Approval Notice on on I751 on March 5th.
Wife's Permanent Green Card arrived March 6th.
No interview.
Vermont Service Center.
Sent in Application about 1/9/19...so about 14 months.
USCIS website still says: "We received you case and are working on it....."
We started with K1 in 2014.
We received so much help from Visa Journey and countless members...too many to mention. 
Good luck to everyone still waiting.

Check Cashed 1/14/19
(G-1145 Email Receipt of case #: Never Received)
1/15/19: Called USCIS and given EAC Case Number

Hi. I filed my I751 in August 2019. The status now: As of December 26, 2019, we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRC1***, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice. 

 

Does that mean I will definitely have an interview?

hi guys, this question is about combo interviews.

when you receive your appointment letter (N400 supposing), are we supposed to be notified about that it is going to be a combo interview???

 

I got my interview date (N400) taking place on April 15th, my I751 is still pending, but they do not mention anything about I751 in the letter…

 

TIMELINE: NEWARK-NJ

I751 filed ----                         Jan 2019

N400 filed ----                        Dic 2019

I751 transferred NBC----     Jan 2020

N400 int schdld ---               April 15 2020

My estimated completion date for my n400 is May, and my i751 is pending.  When I was doing the biometric appointment I was told they would not combine them.  Not sure if that person was providing accurate information or not, but to err with an abundance of caution, and for the sake of efficiency (mine - bc contacting USCIS is a nightmare) I reached out to my congressman’s office.  They had me fill out a privacy release form, and will contact USCIS on my behalf with their desired result either being a decision on the i751, or to have it transferred to the local office for a combination adjudication.  Either is fine with me.  
 

She did say it takes about 2 weeks for them to get a response from USCIS, so I would suggest you look into the same with some urgency so that you don’t get stuck in n400 limbo while the i751 sits untouched.

Hello Guys,

 

After submitting for expedition request based on Humanitarian ground for both I751 and N400, this is what I got from USCIS today:

The status of this service request is:

Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on January 15, 2019.  On January 12, 2020, you also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.  Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time. 

 

Does that mean, I will get combo interview for I751 and N400? If yes, My local office in Albany,NY wont schedule Interview until they received I751 file from NBC? how does that work? I want to be done with this immigration process so I can move to TX to join my family
