I hope you had disclosed about i 129f petition  in I -130 question on Have you ever filed petition before. Should have checked in Yes!. If so, they had done all the checks before interview itself. This is  new petition. If you provide too many documents as proof, it make things more complicated I think. If its your first marriage then Simple photo, and all government issued original documents should be enough during interview level. I dont think its good idea to show chat history and all.Now they will review it and inform you once they varify all new documents. Just relax...It will be all fine..

Thanks a lot, as our cr 1 petition was filed by a very experienced immigration lawyer, we disclosed everything about K1 visa denial and even we enclosed the denial letter as well. We both are divorced and its  2nd marriage for each of us. I have 3 and she has 2 grown up kids, that’s why our lawyer suggested to front load the petition with as many evidences as we can to prove our ongoing relationship.

Thanks once again for encouragement to cope up with AP.

BTW what is your case status? Just curious.
