Transfer K1 visa from Moscow to Kiev . Will be free after I already paid Moscow embassy the visa fee ??

Good evening everyone .. there is anybody knows if I transfer my file from Moscow embassy to Kiev. After I paid the fee in Moscow embassy will be waived or no cost.. ???? What about the process time ? How long it takes to transfer file from one embassy to another??  I am waiting for interview appointment in Moscow ...and so far no available appointment. So will be a good idea to transfer?? Any suggestions or ideas

You might want to do your research on ability to travel to Kyiv from Russia. Due to recent tensions it might not be quite as easy.

I know that if you want to trasnfer your case to Kiev and you already paid the fee for the Moscow appointment, this fee will be lost and you will have to pay this fee again when you transfer your case
