Good morning to all,

Due to an unforeseen chain of events I am gathering all the forms and documents to file for my wife and her daughters AOS... I have come across a few questions for which I Don't have an answer.. could somebody help please?

1. My wife's daughter is my stepchild, do I need to file a separate I130/I485/I864 for both of them?

2. When it comes to the evidence do I have to send copies of the evidence attached to each one the formas or since I am filling all together, can I just  sent one set to all fo them?

3. what defines a derivative relative and does my stepdaughter falls into that category?

Thank you in advance for all the  input and help and good luck to everyone's journey!!

Separate I-130s. Separate attachments. Stepdaughter would be derivative if you are a GC holder not USC. Good luck
