Expiration of NOA-2

My NOA-2 expires in July and I am looking at between September and November as the time of our possible interview date. Have many received a interview after the expiration date of their NOA-2 and for those who say yes could you give an aproximation of the length of time between the NOA-2 expiration and the interview date.

I think most people who had to go through Montreal had their NOA2s expire since the NOA2s have a 4 month validity period. Have a look through the Montreal waiting list thread. Cutienpurg put together a word doc there which I believe lists the NOA2 date, packet 3 dates and interview dates.

I never thought of looking at what Cutienpurg has put together for us even though it is one of the places I visit regularly. You are right it was good for only 4 months, ours expired 44 days ago

Mine expired Apr12 I called Montreal and they told me they renew it automatically

does the packet they send you expire.. i got mine on November and im still waiting for my passport to come in, until i can fax in the check list.

I emailed Montreal because my Noa-2 expires June 22, and they told me they extend it. When I asked about an interview, I got the same old 4-6 months.

I keep reading that they renew it automatically, which makes sense in Montreal's case, but leaves me wondering why they have an expiration of only four months in the first place... I expect ours will expire in July, and we are also looking at a September/October interview date.
