Interview scheduled for January 14, 2020.  Almost there...

That's great! Hope that your oath location  is either Jax or Gainesville. Oath ceremonies in other cities are only  held 4-6 times a year (acc to this year's sked).

Thank you! I hope it is Jacksonville so I don't have to travel far.

If you're closest to Jax (compared to Gainesville, Tallahassee, Panama City or Pensacola, then most likely that it's jax for your oath. That's great since jax has both USCIS and judicial oath ceremonies at least once a month.

Had my interview today.  They were having computer issues so I didn't get back there until 1P for a 12P appointment.  Civics test first (don't remember the questions), then reading and writing.  Went through my application, I had to update my employment history due to my new job.  That was it.  I passed!

Original oath scheduled for Jan 24 (on the spot) but my husband is out of town so we rescheduled.  They said they would send us a letter with a date/time most likely in Feb.

Learned from the appointment scheduler that they have oath ceremonies every Friday at the Jax DHS.

Good luck to everyone else!!

For those that have been through the interview already, quick question.  For civics questions where there are multiple responses, do we only need to say 1 correct one or do we have to list all of them? For example,

What does the Constitution do?

-sets up the government

-defines the government

-protects basic rights of Americans

If asked during the interview, do I have to answer all 3 or just 1?  Thanks!

only one is required but make sure it's the complete wording. For example, if the IO asks 'How old do citizens have to be to vote for President?', you have to say '18 and older' and not just '18'.

Good luck!
