regarding DHL payment before the K-1 visa interview

My fiancee is from Vladivostok and she has an interview on July 9th.

1. Am I correct to say that she should make the DHL delivery payment and then bring the receipt along to the interview ?

2. If so, she needs to give her name, phone number and delivery address to the DHL at the time of the payment, correct ?

3. Does she need to fill out any DHL form at the embassy anymore ?

4. She should be able to make the payment at any DHL office in Russia, correct ?
