Hi everyone

I filled for AOS April 13 and had my biometrics taken last week.

I just received aI-797C, Request for applicant to appear for initial interview on July 2nd.

One of the things on the checklist is : a completed medical examination (form I-693) and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted)

Now I had my K1 medical done, in Belgium, December 06 but handed over the sealed envelope I got from the doc at the point of entry and never got it back. DS-3025 ?

When I filed for AOS I stated this, never got an RFE, only this interview letter, but I am uncertain what to do now.

I don't feel like spending more money on this if I don't need it but can't find an answer on this.

Should I have the medical done or only the I-693A? I have my vaccination record from my doctor here which was taken two months ago.

Thanks in advance

Dirk

Fiancé(e)s.

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.

Well definitely 12 months is not over before you filed your AOS or your interview date from the date of the medical done for your K1...

Generally they would not ask for a complete medical since you have applied for it within a year.

You could simple send in a copy of a I 693A supplement (it lists the vaccinations taken and needs to be prepared by a panel physician of the USCIS).

Also, could give the USCIS a call to confirm what they exactly meant by medical coz as far as i know complete medical is not required in your case. Or a infopass appnt could be a good bet..

If you've got the interview letter, and not an RFE asking specifically for the I-693 "A", then I think you're good to go as you are. IMHO its highly doubtful that they would ask you for such evidence at interview. The interview letter is standarized, everyone gets the same thing. They're not specifically telling you to bring I-693 because you didn't submit it.
