Help for I94 record number on I485 form

Hi there, I’m now facing problem with retrieving my most recent I94 record online. It always returns “not found” no matter how many times I tried to enter the info with some possible variations. While on the same website, I am able to find my travel history record. I’m trying to call the CBP but no one answers the phone. At this point, I’m thinking to skip the part on I485 where it asks for the I94 info. Is it okay to do so?

Hi - I have the same issue here for my I485 submission.

 

May I know how did you deal with it? I was admitted at the end of November but I still have no recent record on I94 after 6 weeks.... Is the stamp itself good enough?

Hi there, I posted this problem but no one helped to answer. So I directly called CBP where I entered and the officer on the phone helped me to add the missing piece. You could call your port of entry CBP office and ask them to help you. Otherwise I saw another post on VJ asking similar question about unable to retrieve the I-94 and legal status expired, where some replies say it is okay to just show the stamp on your passport.
