Have you heard anything?

Hello! Yes, we did. We received the receipt by mail on 28th Dec. Our application has been sent to Potomac Center and our Priority Date is 12th Dec. Our estimated NOA2 is May 20th - May 25th. Please check the first three characters of your receipt number it will indicate which center your application will be processed at. Example: If the receipt number starts with YSC it means its going to Potomac.

Hi everybody! I mailed in our application on 12/17, received a text with the receipt number 12/27, and just checked the case status online with USCIS and it said receipt was 12/21. The wait begins 😊

Oh and our application is going through California, so hard to have much of an idea of what to expect with such a short list of applicants. Wishing everyone a smooth and quick journey!

Hey guys, what does it mean  "I130 may be adjudicated"? Does it mean, Processed? Approved? or Transferred to NVC? Thanks

I got the same thing!

We filed on the 14th on December and I think it has been sent to the Potomac Center as well.

You can be sure by checking the first three characters of your receipt. And yes that is the estimated time your petition will be processed.

Thank you :) I am definetely with you guys at the Potomac Center (for now at least!)

Sorry to ask that, but when the estimate timeline is for May is that for NOA1 or NOA2? Like does that mean it's only the beginning of the process, or almost interview time already? I still have an hard time understanding how to read all the infos...

The NOA1 was you rceiving the receipt after filing the petition. Now we are waiting for NOA2, this is when they begin processing it. If they require more information from you they will send an REF, if its good it will be transferred to NVC level. From your NOA2 date I believe its another few months (around 3-4) for the interview.
