Does anyone any idea how long it will take to see that the case has been sent to NVC? In USCIS My Case portal, I still see "Approved" but not sent.

Thank you

Our case was sent in around 10 days.

Was this something u could see on the USCIS case tracker/status update or could u just tell by when u received ur NVC case number? My petition was approved over 10 days ago but my status online still reads case approved. Curious if it will ever read something different

On the USCIS online or my USCIS account (I don't remember exactly the name and I'm in NVC stage now so I deleted the link) it says when USCIS sent the case to NVC

However, I knew when NVC received the case number only by calling (and it took 8 weeks for them to give me my case number, but I think most people get news before that!)

Basically my timeline :

I-130 approved : 26th of March

USCIS sent the case to NVC : 3rd of April

NVC received the case : 16th of April

Case number received : 13th of June

I know, that was what I was using. Also, I explored other timelines and I see that many people are in between 10-25 days NVC receiving the case. But it has to be sent first and I haven't find any info about that - and I don't know how fast mailing is.

You can always call the NVC but good luck with that...

And for info, we haven't received anything in the mailbox (so far at least)

Relax 😥 I know waiting sucks, but I have good news.

There have been December approvals, not in Igor's list (Not sure who Igor is, but I know about the list, and you would think it was an automated view, but I guess it isn't)

but in the Texas timeline... if you go to page 2 and 3, you will see around 3 december approvals..

Congrats! I'm happy for you and hope the rest of your journey goes quickly and smoothly! Our case is in Nebraska, so we are looking at 11-12 months before getting an NOA2 😵 At this rate, it might just be better to wait till after our 2 year anniversary for him to come so he can get his 10 yr green card instead of the 2 yr...what's a couple more months at that point lol I've decided with Nebraska I'll just try to keep laughing to avoid crying 😊

We got approved 2 weeks ago, so it moved a little in Nebraska. Maybe you can hope.
