10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Hi All,

Back with an update, I received my case number today. (NVC received petition on 3rd April). However, I am not able to log in possibly because the case number has not been updated on CEACs database, as per the members from the other forum. You can follow the thread here

I keep getting the error message:

Can not log in to CEAC website, message "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

Congratulations! My NOA1 is 12/21/18 and Nebraska still hasn't finished May and just started touching June 😞

My NOA1 is dated December 24th 2018 from Houston, TX. USCIS office is Nebraska Service Center. Has anyone got any approval from Nebraska? Is there a way to transfer the case to Potomac?

I also had another question - Can I apply for I-129F (K3) now or after the petition is approved. The instructions are a bit confusing. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

Looks like USCIS has just updated their processing times! For Nebraska, they're now working on July 19. Similarly, TX is now 6.5 mo - 8.5 mo for I-130's. A few days ago, it was 8.5 mo to 10.5 mo!!! So it looks like they're making some progress across the board :)... I hope.
