MY FIANCE WENT FOR HIS INTERVIEW 11/2 

12/4 RECEIVE HIS PASSPORT BACK WITH "NO REPLY"

HE DINT RECEIVE A YES OR NO AND ON THE WEBSITE IT SAY ADMINISTRATIVE REVEIW....

I DONT UNDERSTAND..

FROM WHAT I DID READ WHEN THEY ARE UNDECIDED THE EMBASSY USES "ADMINISTRATIVE REVEIW" AS A MEANS TO HAVE 7-10 MORE DAYS TO REVIEW WHATEVER.. 

SOUNDS LIKE A STALL TACTIC TO ME

Every case goes through some form of AP.

Not getting the passport back does not mean it will be refused, but does mean they at least don't anticipate to issue the visa soon.

 

How did the interview go?

Any red flags in your case (difference in ages, religion, only 1 or a couple visits in person, etc.)?

yes there is a difference in age but not considerable/

Fiance said all went well and the Embassy rep said ok good just wait for response gave him two papers to establish account to receive his documents.

We are the same religion. Muslim

At the time of his Embassy interview I have been there 6 times for week at a time periods due to my job and i was visiting every 2 to 3 months

Sounds like the interview went fine enough and nothing in particular jumps out as unusual.

Hopefully they complete AP soon, request the passport to be sent in, and then issue the visa.

Edit: it could be due to background checks as well...some areas of Morocco are suspected to trigger extended checks. But I don't know the areas well enough to comment further...hopefully some of our members from Morocco can shed further light there.

Administrative processing happens for all visa applications after the interview, it gives the CO more time to review documents, do more background checks, etc.  If his passport was returned without the visa, that is a possible sign that it could be a while.  All you can do is wait and submit documents requested.  Good luck!
