I know😑 I ve read them. So many things can go wrong. I hope that doesn't happen to us but the thought of staying in limbo for years drives me crazy.

Yes, there are similar cases with i-751 pending from Las Vegas. (not filed online though). They combined both and it is going to be a combo interview for them. I am going for an infopass to actually confirm it in 10 days.

Hi! Did the officer confirm? I spoke to one on the phone and he couldn't.

We have N400 and ROC pending together so our case timeline is based on N400 and not i751. But I heard that i751 that are sent to MSC are getting approved very fast vs 1+ year of waiting for us. Anyways keep us posted and good luck 😉

I'm a Las Vegas applicant with a pending I-751 since July 2018. Applied online for N-400 in July 2019. I received notification yesterday that my I-751 has been transferred to my local office. There are no updates on the N-400, just that they are continuing to work on my file with an estimated completion of Aug 2020 (11 months). I've already done biometrics for both files. I wonder if the N-400 triggered this file transfer to Las Vegas? Maybe I will hear something about both files soon.

Removal of Conditions I-751

07.23.2018 Sent I-751 Priority Express to CSC (California)

08.02.2018 18 month Green Card extension letter

03.22.2021 New card in production

03.23.2021 I-751 approval notice (without interview)

03.27.2021 10-year green card received

N400 Naturalization Application

07.22.2019 Online application; USCIS estimated completion Sept 2020

07.31.2019 Biometrics complete

12.18.2020 Contacted State Senator (I-751 pending for more than 2 years)

05.10.2021 Interview  - recommended for approval

I'm a Las Vegas N-400 applicant, received my ROC (I-751) back in Dec-2017, and applied Online on Jul-2018. My interview was in Jul-2019, received a RFE that I responded to earlier this month, still waiting for a response, hopefully within the 30-60 days I have seen for other cases around here 👍.

Good luck everyone!

Hello,

Just wondering if they asked for RFE after the interview for N400??

I applied for N400 on March 29 , interviewed on November 5th. Website still says " case was submitted for quality review based on an approval Recommendation".

I've been wondering why they are taking forever for the oath ceremony date since they told me I should be hearing from them within 30-40 days...😔

Hello, @goodsoohe5919,

In my case, yes, the RFE "Notice of Continuance" was issued after the N-400 Interview.

If your case is already up to Oath scheduling, I expect no RFE would be issued anymore. Since I got my Approval like your on Nov 20th (1 day after my previous post, of course!), I am also waiting on my scheduled date for the ceremony.

Good luck, and hopefully you will get scheduled soon! 😺
