I 601 a RFe never received mail

Hello...can some please help me. My husband I 601 a RFe was mailed out dec 4th but my attorney and I have not received anything in the mail. I called USCIS call service center ..but no help still. They did transfer my call to an officer and he told me he will fax the doc but noting. I called them back after 3 hrs of waiting for the fax ....the officer started asking my husband about his history of cases filed. My husband became intimidated by the officer. The officer said that he can provide any information on  his and to go to the local office for more help. I don’t know what’s going on. Please can someone help me.

I will advice you to let your congressman or a senator intervene on this matter if only you want a quickly result from the USCIS.

Congress or a senator are part of the US government , so any information they request on behalf of any person in their constituency will be dealt with.

Thank you so much...I cannot believe that they are actually playing with people’s life like this. I am praying to God that we receive the mail soon.

You are always welcome and in addition since you are the petitioner don't give up so easily because the USCIS and the NVC respect your calls on them than the beneficial.

So don't let your husband do the fight , its your fight in person because you filled it for him.
