Did you include the last tax return and the W2s for the co-sponsor?  If you didn't I suggest you send those ASAP.  Don't always expect to get good answers on the phone.  It is common to get different stories from different people.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

You sent what is required. If they need more they will ask.

i called NVC again like 1 min ago now they are telling me there is nothing additional they asked for

Just relax now.  If they need something they will let you know.  Try to smile and breathe.  This is not a journey for the faint of heart.

I partially understand that. We started with a K-1 in June of 2017. Now we are married and filed our CR-1 in September of 2018. I miss them so much. If I were living there I would hate to have to leave them while we wait for the process to play out. The waiting in the hardest part. I sing that song a lot lately.
