Different Dates on forms/signatures

Hi all,

 

I am the petitioner and started the K1 visa packet in October but I will be sending it out this week or the next. Our Intent to Marry has October 20th as the date, but my fiance signed it on November 1st. Should I have him send me another copy? 

 

Additionally, he sent me passport photos last week but they do not have a date on them. Should I have him re-take them to include the date on the back?

Is your intent to marry a combined statement?

 

I didn't date the photos

Thanks for the quick response, payxibka! It is a combined statement and has both of our signatures on the bottom. His was dated November 1st and mine was dated November 2nd.

Several people have had issues with a single statement with two signatures.  It's best to have two separate statements (verbiage can be similar) separately signed
