Per the USCIS it's in the 90 days before your conditional residency expires. Which should be two years after your arrival into the USA.

Great ! Thank you for the info.

This is off topic , I'm  just wondering  when to file for ROC is it before my visa expired or before the green card expires?  We will have our 2nd wedding anniversary  this June 13 , my visa will expire June 12 .

Kindly give me links about this , thank you for all the help !

Your visa was invalid the moment you cleared POE.  Your conditional green card will expire 2 years from date of issue - this date is on the green card.

Normally you get a letter from USCIS about 90 days before the green card expires to file for ROC.   You can file for ROC 90 days before the expire date on your green card whether you  get the letter or not.  ;)

Avoid getting Medicaid.

Have your husband add you to his insurance. It is the easiest way.

As mentioned do not get Medicaid, don't want to have a public charge.   Have your husband include you on his insurance for sure.

Total waste of time to apply for the work permit ...    You will have your green card shortly in the mail IF you paid the fee to USCIS
