hi guys, i was also divorce, and now  I am applying for my 10 yr gc through my divorce waiver, the thing is, im still using my ex last name, do i need to change my  last name first back to my single name before applying for my gc? or can i just go apply using my ex last name.

If you want to use your single name you can use it. The divorce decree is the proof of your single name. Just submit the I-751 with your single name, if you wish.

oh thank you, but i havent still change name in my ssn and in my drivers card and also in my philippine passport, sp do i need to change my name there too before applying for my gc? thnk u.
