Hello,

I entered the USA through LAX on the 7th December 2018, when I check the I94 website it still says my last entry was back in July 2018 when I was just visiting prior to my K1 approval.

When I entered on the 7th Dec I went through the usual process, gave the sealed brown envelope to the officer, had a short interview, received the stamp in my passport, etc and had no problems and was welcomed through. However when I check the website (https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/recent-search) it's still listing my last entry as the one back in July 2018.

Any ideas? Is it normal to take this long?

Thanks

Alice

As of 23rd Dec (over 2 weeks) my I-94 has still not been updated. I have emailed them today.

I will let you all know how this plays out in case there are people in a similar situation.

FYI for people who cannot retrieve their I-94 data online AFTER two weeks since POE - you can email CBP at: https://help.cbp.gov/app/ask

I was required to send a copy of my passport biographic page, and the I-94 stamp in my passport. They respond very quickly, it took only a day to retrieve my I-94 number and for them to update the website.

Cheers

Alice
