I'm not really sure what the problem here is because the embassy should have your file with the documents you/your husband submitted. Maybe i'm not sure of your question?

Alex and Lyn,

K1 visa? Husband?

You've got bigger issues to be concerned about than a photocopied affidavit of support.

Well it shows your interview date as 6-6

not sure exactly how long it takes for you to get mail.

but i know it does ask you to present a original and notarized I-134

so I would suggest he does that now

and sends it to you so you can recieve it before the interview

I just did what they asked of me so I could have my love soon come

try not to mess with the man

He needs to Fedex you a new original signed and notarized I-134. This form is not something USCIS requires. It is something the consulate requires. The consular officers in Manila are very strict and simply explaining that your fiance sent the original to USCIS may delay issuance of your visa until a new one is received.

Next thing is I agree with Yodrak. If you are K-1 and you're married you have more problems than just a photocopied I-134.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.
