That appears to be info for non-immigrant .. the K-1 is processed as immigrant.

I would think the 6:40 would be best because you can avoid any potential backup.  However Manila is a well oiled machine.....

 

It can  take 12 to 24 hours for the payment to be linkable to the profile so be aware

Once it links the payment to your profile you will be allowed to schedule.  It could be 12 to 24 hours after you pay bpi before it links.

Thank your lucky stars that March has 31 days.  I know someone who interviewed on 12.20.18 and hit the POE 11 days later.  So there is hope......
