Since we started in NVC on September 27, because of our ignorance we have hired an abg. so that it carried out the steps consequent to the nvc with so much delay and ineffectiveness of the abg. we have received 8 messages that certain documents are impossible to read, others that do not comply with what is established in nvc etc. Well the abg, uploaded all the documents, and today they were all accepted and a message arrives, about the state test of the United States, I think it is my cosponsor, but if that proof that was sent is accepted, although there is a document that only says presenting, the truth is not what it is,
