The AOS-based cases (I-485, I-130, I-131, and I-765) used to be shown on both the old (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do) and new (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) sites. Now, on the new site they are not shown anymore. Multiple attempts to re-add the I-485 receipt number to the new site result in "There was an error syncing your case. Try again in a few minutes." Access to both sites is preferred because sometimes 1 site does not have the most up-to-date info. Anyone else experiencing this? Suggestions?

Same here. Just checked and all 3 cases are gone. Got the same message after trying to add them again. I don't think it's just AOS though, since I saw another post about someone in K1 stage having the same problem with their WAC case number.

I think it's a glitch. I haven't been able to check my cases either and kept receiving the same msg. Nothing to worry about. Check back later!

@lauragp91 and @psgma, thank you for the input. I wonder if last night's system maintenance is the cause: https://www.uscis.gov/news/alerts/tools-outage

I'm the I-130 petitioner for my father's AOS case. He renewed his TPS status earlier this year, and the TPS cases (I-821 and I-765) are the only ones showing in the new site. The TPS cases both start with "IOE", as in ELIS filing: https://www.cilawgroup.com/news/2015/06/04/uscis-receipt-numbers-explained-lin-src-eac-wac-ioe/

As you mentioned, the glitch is most likely caused by the update that they performed last night. I'm sure they will fix that soon.

Hi guys. I am getting the same error when trying to add cases for the first time. Were you guys able to resolve your issues on it? If yes, how?

Thanks
