Okay I couldn't pull up the 1st page of your NOIR till now. Dear you have a massive issue and honestly it's all about you and how bad you interviewed.

It doesn't matter how much you love each other and all that. You did a poor job at interview and you just need to be honest about that.

Never ever do you submit chats and talks on immigration matters what does that prove except like they said you are being coached.

Why didn't you submit pictures of you all with family? You had a wedding. Do you even have pictures with you and wife with family especially your wife with family and friends.

Much time has past since your first interview and you say she hasn't been back since wedding. So why would they think you are real.

Where are your chats and IM's about Life. Where you will live when you come to US, her children, her job, what job you want to do, school you may want to attend. Basically where are your chats in basic everyday conversations.

How do you and your wife communicate when you have no common language? You said they talked to fast at interview so there seemed to be things you answered to that you truly fully didn't understand. Never answer when you don't understand the question.

You need to go through your chats and show conversations of you talking about her job where she lives, her kids. I pray you have some and you talked about it.

You need to work on you and interview better you should after all these  years know everything down to your wife's color of car, house and carpeting in her room. She's your wife. It should just roll off your tongue.

Contradicting information you gave you got to do better. Don't you know the specifics of your wedding and who's there and what you did?

And pictures do speak a thousand words. I pray you have a better selection go through them. You pictures should be spontaneous pics not poses and staged. You should look like you  belong together. Do you have any? They seem to really have issue with your pictures.

Overcoming a big age gap you have to overcome it and you do that by spending time together. No other evidence matters more then that. I should know I am 26 years older than my husband and I went and lived with him 6 months throughout the process. No mention of age gap was even brought up.

You say she recently broke her leg so what happened after the interview its been almost 2 years and you say 3 years since she last was there. You will not get any approval with that big of a gap and all these read flags.

Do a better job compiling your evidence since you meet till interview. Nothing after interview will help you because they will know you just created it to appease them. Adding you to joint accounts and leases matters not you don;t leave with her.

Now if she moved there and you got a place together and opened a bank account together that would be different but no time for all that. you have to work with what you have.

I think many people having relationship with older ladies in usa I saw documentaries on it and my wife have friend she having 30 years age gap with her husband and her husband is also from pakistan age is just number we don't care about age we are happy in our marriage

That's your friend. I am sure their petition package submitted was much better.  Look it's never about the age. It's about your evidence and your's was really lacking. Nothing in your evidence you submitted showed them you were a bonafide married couple. I don;t think it would matter if you were same age. Lack of visits is a big problem and as I sated before your lack of evidence and the poor choice of evidence that was sent in.

And people judge here too. It's not normal anywhere.

Not much time but it's doable but you two can already be gathering evidence now. I am sure the lawyer will charge alot of money for this so be prepared.

Yo only get one chance on this. So it must be perfect. Lawyers aren't known to move fast so you need to be on them like crazy if they decide to take your case.

Dude, the US government is not stupid. If they say it, there's a reason for it.

They said the same thing about my husband--that he was still married. He has been divorced for years, had all the papers saying such. They screamed at him, terrorized him, asked who we paid to get fake papers, made fun of my divorces, shouted Muslim prayers and insults  him in his face. They look for something to reject you, then they tangle you up in it. No, they aren't stupid because people fall for their deception and are bullied into saying and doing things that are not true under true fear of retaliation. There is not always a "reason for it." They routinely try their terrorizing on people that they have decided should not have a visa (in their all-knowing view). Those people are treated like common criminals. Maybe "they" think you have been married too many times, maybe "they" think Muslims should not be be married to Christians, maybe "they" think somebody has too many children, maybe "they" think the entire town is involved in a fraudulent marriage along with you. They are basing their "decisions" on cultural standards that are hundreds of years in the past. I'm so happy that my husband is out of that country and working for people that appreciate him. That interview just about literally killed him---emotionally and physically. We won't give up!

Just have to add, after seeing the letter this fellow received, I had to chuckle (in a sarcastic way) that he had been "coached." I wish I had coached my husband to look out for being attacked. He had no idea that they would go for his throat. Neither did I really, as he is in his 50's and I'm in my 60's, and we are both educated professionals.  Do they really think my hubby would spend 8 years on a "fake" marriage? Again, what is "normal" in Pakistani culture doesn't necessarily apply to US couples. I mean, really, get a grip, CO's and catch up with the real world. I'm not stupid enough to think sham marriages don't happen BTW because I also know some of those.

You're case had tons of red flags.

What did you do in the last year? I remember discussions where members were advising you to meet again, to seek advise from a lawyer, to have your wife come on VJ. I'm not sure if it's a language, cognitive, or willingness issue... But things won't magically fix themselves. Not last year, not now.

Wondering if I can link the wife to this thread (for the purposes of her being able to read it/ask any questions she might have), or if that's somehow against the TOS in any way?

OP mentioned the wife's VJ username in another thread a while back, but the wife has never visited the forums since joining up last year, so not sure if me linking her name is some sort of "invasion of privacy" or what-have-you since she's not an active member...
