Not how the DV works, it is based in your birth country.

You may have missed this

After all these years, it's good to see that your marriage is still strong.  This has been such a long and trying process for you both.  I hope the new attorney will succeed in helping you.  Applying for the DV will not harm your I-130 case.  Good Luck.

Thank you so much for the giving me positive energy I wish you happiness in your life I appreciated ❤️

Sorry, you’re not eligible. That’s not how it works, it works based on COUNTRY OF BIRTH. If you get selected and they see that, you will be disqualified.

Really I was not aware of this I don't care about this I am trying my best to be with my wife if I get every chance from anything I just want to be with her I am in real struggle its very painful

There are instructions for everything - DV included. Why you wouldn’t read them prior to completing your entry is beyond me. Had you read them (look here https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Diversity-Visa/DV-Instructions-Translations/DV-2024-Instructions-Translations/DV-2024-Instructions.pdf) you would’ve figured out applying will be futile and your entry rejected come the lottery draw time.

We are 29 pages in.  I am glad that OP and his spouse now have a lawyer to assist them.  I think they are way beyond DIY.

It may feel judgy, but to me it looks like people are genuinely trying to help you with your situation, and have been for years.

I know it’s a frustrating situation.   I really hope that increasing the  time spent together, as well as working with the lawyer, can help your case.   Best luck.

Yes, 2 years is likely.  You can visit in the US her if you had a US tourist visa.  Otherwise, you will have to continue visits outside the US.
