There is not anything to do  from an Immigration perspective, you obviously have life choices to make but that is something to discuss with your wife.

My wife said now what we have to do next? We will apeal or we have to refile again with new proofs

If you are looking still to move to the US then yes you will need a much stronger case.

Our case got updated today and status say revocation notice is send now what we have to do?

There's nothing you can do but figure out where you want to live...unfortunately doesn't look like it will be the US.

Edited to add:  Of course, you are always free to refile...but perhaps this time you should concentrate on getting some more face-time in, and perhaps enlist the services of an attorney given the history before you do.

If we appeal that's not going to help our petition so we have to wait until we have strong evidence and more face time and I am very sure about getting next interview in qatar Us embassy that's for sure.Us embassy in pakistan accused me with two marriages they dont have any proofs to accused me but they have power.

Do bear in mind that Qatar will have access to your file.

Wait until you receive the letter so you know exactly what the reason for revocation is.   I'm sure the lack of face time will be one of them.

You're best bet maybe to refile but you'll need to make sure you have a stronger case to do so.

They would not revoke the case based on suspicion of you have two marriages unless the embassy has proof that you were not able to overcome.   If that's the case you will most certainly need an attorney.  Can you think of why they accused you of two marriages?  What did you submit to prove otherwise?  The burden of proof is on you.

Your wife has to take this seriously I understand her fear of traveling to Pakistan.. as I said before I have traveled there 3 times I'm a tiny very white girl with Hazel (green)eyes.  EVERYONE looks at me and my husband has been even asked by others if they can take pictures with me.  It can be very uncomfortable but HE is very important to me.  Our relationship is a top priority.  There are also other options..ie. Dubai.   I've been there 3 times its super easy for an American to travel there and very very safe.  I see my husband every 6 months and it is still unbearable I could not imagine waiting any longer.

If you put in a similar application I do not think it matters which Consulate you do it through.

We are going to have more face times and more strong evidence so why don't they issue the visa?

Depends on the evidence, and how strong it is.  Keep in mind, going forward, affidavits are normally considered secondary evidence and do not hold much weight.

The point Boiler was trying to make, I think, was that switching consulates doesn't always equate to a different outcome.  Their decision will be based on the evidence you provide, yes, but also based on what information is already in your immigration file and how it compares.
