With all my respect for your situation, but you have met in 5 years 1 time and got married and the last time you saw your wife was about 4 years ago.

This is unfortunately not enough under the law to issue a visa. The officer had no other chance. Now your last hope is that USCIS re-affirms your petition,

but knowing your face to face in person time, this will be a difficult one. I am in relationship with my wife over 8.5 years and we spent over 2000 days and nights together in all these years. Still, the officer could deny us.

Could be an error or it could be they didn't like your responses.  Only way to know is when you get the letter and see what it says.

I mentioned a few pages ago that possible reason could be your response to the initial NOIR letter was insufficient, and they have decided to go ahead with the revocation.

Only thing you can do is wait for the letter and see what it says.  On it's own, simply responding to the NOIR doesn't make it go away---it's got to be a well-put together response usually along with correlating evidence (not just statements written by you and your wife)....that's why many of us were strongly (and repeatedly) suggesting the services of a lawyer since way back on page 1 of this thread.

I don't know who "Carolyn" is, unless that's your wife's real name? (I only know your wife's VJ username from you mentioning it before on your other threads.)

Yes I know Carolyn it took almost 5 years to get her husband here. Matters not about her this is about you. Seems you have alot of bad information being fed to you by others with no knowledge or your wife is not being forthcoming about things. Your letter should have arrived have you asked your wife about it.

You said you got letter they approved your NOIR or were you mistaken. They reaffirm if they accept it then they would send off to the embassy for another interview.

First our case status was case was approved but unfortunately they send us intent to revoke notice and when we recieved noir then we response to that on 2 janurary and they recieved it on 3 janurary and they update on 10 janurary that they recieved our response and then next day they update us intent to revoke status and this is confusing us I don't know what's that mean.Carolyn know alot of stuff and she help us alot and I appreciate her help.

Well probably in this case a receipt.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
