No we didn't get an attorney because they said we don't need attorney because our case was simple thats  what my wife said to me and we have short time to find attorney we did by ourself

Who said that your case is simple?

We understand the process We have friend Carolyn she help us alot she having alot knowledge and we already summit the evidence but I am wondering why they update status about sending us intent to revoke notice because this is the first time they said they are sending us NOIR because when they update our case on uscis website they said case was approved and they mail us intent to revoke notice I don't know why they are playing games with us.

You keep telling stories showing you guys do not understand what's going on.

You don't need hope. You're case is not simple. If your wife is not taking this process seriously and seeking assistance, visiting you more often, and getting... involved, I don't see you ever getting the spousal visa

Wishing you the best. I'm out.

I see.......I wish for the very best in life.......If I were you, I would have a very serious talk with my wife about her commitment to this relationship.  It is extremely difficult for me to believe that an immigration attorney told her that this is a simple case......

Sorry but It's not believable that your wife talked to an immigration attorney.  This case is not simple.

Anytime a NOIR is involved, it's no longer "simple" IMO. Failure to not just have but also present a strong case at that point usually does not end well. this is when you start throwing in everything including the kitchen sink.

This.

In this thread, and others in the past---you've said how your wife doesn't want to visit, didn't want to do anything in terms of paperwork or research (and left you to do everything on your own, find out answers by yourself, figure out the processes and forms yourself, etc.), didn't want to hire an attorney way back in the beginning....because she's always "very busy"....your wife needs to GET INVOLVED in this just as much as you are, if you hope to have a future together.

At this point, I really hope she's as invested in this whole marriage as you are...and not playing you for a fool all this time.

Ikr I give her time if she didn't visit me in march or April this is going to end because she was telling me that since 2016 that she is coming to visit me so it's been four years but I just told her what's going to happen I hope she take this serious this time because I promise her that this is going to end for us if she didn't visit me in march or April I didn't talk to her for few weeks becase of that I hope she don't throw this relationship like this.

If she's made no real effort to see you for almost 4 years, that's a very strong indication of a reality you may not want to face, my friend.

I wouldn't recommend a guest house.   As an American a hotel with security is best.  Serena is the nicest but if you want to save the money Islamabad hotel is cheaper priced.

I've been to Pakistan 3 times and have had no issues but if Pakistan makes her nervous Dubai is a great vacation spot.  My husband and i have vacationed there twice and its super comfortable.
