....so then you didn't use the services of a lawyer, I take it?

How did you explain away the "extensive online coaching" by your wife?  The lack of photographic evidence?  The contradictory evidence given about who attended your wedding/how the wedding was arranged?

"The beneficiary we unable to provide any credible explanation on questions asked"

Then, and now.

You need assistance and your wife needs to participate here. It seems you're not understanding the process, or question, properly.

We understand the process We have friend Carolyn she help us alot she having alot knowledge and we already summit the evidence but I am wondering why they update status about sending us intent to revoke notice because this is the first time they said they are sending us NOIR because when they update our case on uscis website they said case was approved and they mail us intent to revoke notice I don't know why they are playing games with us.

So your wife did not hire an attorney, correct?  In my opinion, your situation requires PROFESSIONAL HELP.....

Before my interview.Me and my wife were very nervous about the interview.Because we want to be together so badly. And we were rehearse the questions that may consular officer can ask.And my wife was telling me that don’t be nervous during the interview. And she was telling me that they are human like us.And we don’t want to forget any information before the interview.I know about my wife personal life.My wife share everything with me.we didn’t know that we were doing anything wrong

AND my wife print the paper from nvc website where it's say prepare your spouse for the interview and she put that with coaching objection as evidence.

Have you and your wife co-mingled finances?  Do you send her money?   Does she send you money?

Doesn't your wife think that this situation is important enough to get professional help from an attorney?

You are avoiding the direct questions several people have asked here.  Did you or the petitioner hire the services of an attorney to address the NOIR?
