It is definitely quite the feat to maintain a bonafide marriage solely on emails/chat/video calls for the past 4 years and not see each other physically at least once during the entire marriage.

While it's not a written objection by the CO, you can bet it was taken into consideration that you've had absolutely no face-time with each other since getting married, especially when you also had no co-mingling of finances to show.

Which brings me to something I'm also curious about...has your wife been claiming you as her spouse on her taxes for the last 4 years?

Between this thread and your previous others where you've also talked about your wife not wanting to visit you, not wanting to submit paperwork, leaving all the legwork to you to figure things out on your own since your first filing because she's always busy ...I also wonder if she's as invested in this marriage and bringing you to America as you are.  I hope she is.

@Sparrow

What was it that you posted on the first page of this thread? It says image not found. Was it a NOIR from USCIS? It sounds like you filed 130 a long time ago, it was approved and you went for an interview where they denied you and sent you case back to USCIS. Then you heard nothing for a long time and....? got a NOIR for the 130 and an approval for the 130 at the same time? Im confused here.

Yes I got those two things at the same day I don't know what's going on with our case my case status was update on 6 December 2018 that case was approved then on the next day they send us notice of intent to revoke but when we saw the date of that issue on 4 December 2018 and our case status update on 6 December 2018 that's so weird we are really sad now they send email yesterday that they are sending our case to nvc or Department of states I don't trust them

As already mentioned earlier in this thread, an approved i-130 is different than an approved visa.

Still curious what your wife had to say about the tax issue...

Was it an online status of a NOIR or an actual notice that you got in the postal service mail?

The online status system is not always accurate. Paper mail is.

It was the actual letter.  On the first page, it listed 7 or 8 items....

"The US immigration process requires a great deal of knowledge, planning, time, patience, and a significant amount of money.  It is quite a journey!"

- Some old child of the 50's & 60's on his laptop

Senior Master Sergeant, US Air Force- Retired (after 20+ years)- Missile Systems Maintenance & Titan 2 ICBM Launch Crew Duty (200+ Alert tours)

Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

______________________________________

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I have no doubt you got a NOIR for all the 8? reasons listed.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I find it frustrating that the NOIR posted on page 1 and the second page of the NOIR listed later on in the thread have disappeared once more...would be helpful for all involved in the thread if the image would not keep getting taken down (and then put back up just  to be taken down again) during the course of this thread since it's helpful if members can refer back to it when answering separate queries from Sparrow...

If both pages of the NOIR could be uploaded again, would be quite helpful when giving advice.

If it's was not accurate then why they send us in email yesterday? They can make mistake in status but sending in email can't be mistaken I think

Who was the email from? Are you talking about the emails/texts that are sent and generated by the online case status system? If so, if there is inaccurate info on the online status, the same inaccurate info will be sent via text and emails if you signed up for notifications via text or email.

There is NO WAY USCIS sent you a NOIR and then 2 days later approved you before even getting your response to the NOIR back. Your wife can contact her congressperson or call a tier 2 for clarification that the online status was in error but I personally think its a waste of time. You need to be focusing on the NOIR.

The things listed in the NOIR page one are all very serious things. Do you have an attny helping you create a response or are you trying to DIY?
