Before she have everything was ready but she got an accident and now she is applying for the visa in this month

Pakistan visa?   You don't have much time go to Dubai it's easier.. but I actually think the trips may be evidence for a later date at this point.   They want to see evidence of an ongoing relationship I'm not sure how much a rushed trip after the fact would help.

All you can do is try your best.  Follow the great advice above and tips on what you can include in the rebuttal.  Organize it neatly with as much evidence you can gather.  Take with you to the attorney completed to have them give some insight then send it off.

You don't really have much of a choice you can't go back and fix what you lost in the past few years but you can (if you two are serious about this) make your case stronger for the future.

If your petition is still revoked then (because you both are in this for the long haul) you just refile but make sure you come back with more convincing evidence.

I know it's incredible difficult but we live and we learn.

Not much time but it's doable but you two can already be gathering evidence now. I am sure the lawyer will charge alot of money for this so be prepared.

Yo only get one chance on this. So it must be perfect. Lawyers aren't known to move fast so you need to be on them like crazy if they decide to take your case.

If my petition got revoke we can't refile again?

You can refile but the process will start all over again- and starting over does not address the concerns that the CO had.

This is the only opportunity to address their concerns and attempt to have your case reaffirmed.

Our Journey:
04/19/2014- Met online
10/2014- Visited Nigeria and he proposed!!!!
02/28/2015- Sent I-129F petition
03/05/2015- NOA1
09/2015- Visited Nigeria again!!!
10/28/2015- NOA2 (237 day wait at TSC)
11/13/2015- Sent to NVC
11/27/2015- Arrived at Embassy
06/2016- Third visit to Nigeria!
06/15/2016- Interview, given option to file I-601 waiver.
08/16/2016- Waiver submitted (no lawyer).
11/21/2016- Waiver approved with expedite.
01/2017- Embassy requested interview.
04/2017- Fourth visit to Nigeria.  K1 officially denied.
04/25/2017- NOA1 for 2nd K1.
07/27/2017- Case transferred to TSC.
11/17/2017- Case transferred back to CSC.
01/16/2018- NOA2!! (266 day wait)
03/08/2018- Interview (AP)
05/03/2018- VISA APPROVAL!!!
05/14/2018- Visa issued
05/18/2018- Visa picked up
05/25/2018- HE'S HOME!!! 💙💙💙

Yes you can refile.

Besides the wait time, the biggest difference between refiling and having the existing petition reaffirmed is that with a reaffirmed petition they cannot refuse the visa for the same reason with the same evidence. With a new petition, they can consider the same evidence/conditions that resulted int he first refusal.

That's good to know.  I got mine at the Pakistan embassy in Washington DC.  I drove there in person but had to come back and pick it up... it took 3 weeks.

Actually the first visa was before marriage that is the one that took 3 weeks.   I had the second visa in 10 days but both times they did not let me stay and wait they said someone would contact me.   They also do not answer the phone in DC or emails  I found it much more helpful to call NYC with questions on getting my packet together they were super nice and helpful.

My second visa is good for 5 years multiple visits.  My first was only for 1 year 1 visit.

Hypothetically speaking he could be telling the truth.   Government agencies do make mistakes.   In my NOIR it mentioned me being married twice before which was untrue.  I just responded to the NOIR with the facts,  I did not use an attorney and it was reaffirmed.   We don't know this gentleman from Adam he is asking for advice is it so hard to just give it without making assumptions that he is hiding something?

OP I have to admit this is tough one.  You really need to seek advice from an attorney even if its after your wife prepares the rebuttal just to have them look it over.  Also seek advice with a Pakistan attorney regarding how to prove you were never married.

Today I talk with one attorney in pakistan and he is typing the letter affidavit regarding single where he is writing my mom name widow of my father name and my address and then my mother identity card do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that my son my name born on my date of birth then my identity card number he is neither egaged nor married till my wedding date before my wedding he was single he got marry with _____ on my wedding date again at srilanka after my permission it is also declared that the content above is all true and correct to the best of my knowledge and nothing has been concealed or kept secret. And that attorney also said to me that he need my marriage certificate then he is going to write letter about age gap where he defence me that age is not big problem in pakistan

There is very little, if anything, an attorney can do about the fact that you have not seen each other in several years since marriage....they can use that fact alone to deny if they wish....that is an obstacle which can be overcome in only one way....she really, really needs to do some traveling to visit you.

At this moment you know it's really hard but she will definitely visiting me soon if she didn't visit me thats not mean that she is not my wife some people think she can visit me in third country but we are not rich like that we can't afford that poor people also live in this world and we will do what we can do I know it's going to be tough for us but that's life right now we are going to respond to NOIR with the help of attorney and my wife is on the phone with me and she is finding the attorney.oneday me and my wife will be together by the grace of God.
