is there any way i can also receive the information that the NVC will send to my beneficiary as stated in the notice? Because i'm afraid that information wont get to my beneficiary because she lives in a rural area where its really hidden from the city and doesn't deliver any type of mail even though where she lives that have active domiciles.

Yes, the first step of the process is to choose a representative for the beneficiary. For most people, they choose the petitioner (you) to be the representative, and then you take control of everything from there. Moreover, the NVC will email everything to the email address provided (they will slow mail things as well, but really not a concern because everything they mail via post office, you will receive instantly by email).
