Passport stamps and photos and one shared bank account worked for me.  I know not everyone can add people to their insurance etc without a SSN so things like that aren’t always possible.  Passport stamps though definitely send. I recommend adding a few affidavits from family and friends, signed and notarized, stating that you guys are in a real relationship.

Nonsense.  Most newlyweds that have never even lived in the same country will NOT HAVE most of those things BECAUSE the couple is NOT "US Based".  Concentrate on evidence of time spent together in person, like passport stamps, boarding passes, photos etc. and examples of how and how frequently you communicate.

OP, these affidavits carry little to zero weight in the overall evaluation of a file.  Focus instead on evidence of time spent together in-person, that is your strongest evidence.

Correct, at best, such affidavits are ignored.  At worst, they make you seem desperate.  In no way, do they help at all.

OP is DACA and married to a USC living with him in the US for three years, married for two.  Not newlyweds and they are living the US, so they will need more than photos and passport stamps.  They are doing AOS from within the US.  Joint bank accounts, tax returns married filing jointly, lease or mortgage together, utility bills, normal married documents will be required.

You can definitely add someon eon your insurance without a social security number if that person has a tax ID number since that is the only number health insurance companies use to provide information to the IRS that the individual has health coverage. hope this help.

On the K1 end I agree, but this isn't K1 so they should have at least some of those things.

Anecdotal, but the affidavits from my husband's parents is one of the only two things our IO actually looked at. So nay to "at best" and highly doubt the "at worst".

OP, you need more than pictures. Do you live together? Show proof of that. Do you pay bills together or share bills? Proof of that. Do you have joint bank accounts? Great, proof of that. Children? Mutual memberships? Pets together? Travel together? Go all out.
