you guys were totally right! up until now there's still no record of my case at the automated system (and i'm very sure they must have received it already!). But after a zillion times of calling the NVC finally a very nice operator answered and told me he already received the case and that it's about to be forwarded this week at our embassy! woohhooo!!! I got my MNL********** nvc case number from him and i'm just sooooo happy right now!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

How many days shall I recieve the hard copy from the embassy and what shall I expect from them? I've read that they forward like a fee for AOS I-134 or something??

I need facts Bebehhh!! :thumbs::dance::luv::blush::star:

September 5, 2006- POE @ SFO

September 8, 2006- Applied for SSN

SSN arrived more than a month after.. GRRR!!

November 8, 2006- MARRIED @ San Francisco City Hall

November 21, 2006- Received official marriage certificate

Dec. 19, 2006- sent out AOS

Jan. 3, 2007- Cashed cheques for AOS and EAD

March 15, 2007- AOS interview; APPROVED!!

March 23, 2007- Welcome letter/notice received from mail

March 27, 2007- GREENCARD

Sept 5, 2007 - my first anniversary in the U.S

Jan 30, 2009 - Mailed I-751 removal of conditional residence status

Feb 2, 2009 - Package mailed 10:22 AM at Laguna Niguel, CA (CSC)

Feb 5, 2009 - Check cashed

Feb 26, 2009 Biometrics

You hadn't received your MNL number until you called? Wasn't it on the bills you paid, the choice of agent, etc?

OH mY GOD... i'm lost here! bills we paid? like what? pls verify, cz maybe we missed something cz we didnt received anything except the NOA2 hard copy

11-4-2005/ went to see him in republic of georgia

11-25-2005 returned home

01-23-2006/ packet was recieved and signed for

01-23-2006 / NOA 1

01-26-2006/ check was cashed

01-31-2006/ recieved NOA 1 in mail

03-23-2006/ NOA 2 - oh yeah

03-27-2006/ touched

03-30-2006/ recieved NOA 2 in mail

04-07-2006-petition was sent to nvc

04-19-2006/petition got entered into nvc system recieved case number
