Thanks! I hadn't thought of that!

You have to think outside the box sometimes, did yopu stay at a hotel? Can you get a reservation confirmation letter? Maybe for the plane tickets can you get an online boarding pass? Did you do web check in?

Thank you! I have a hotel confirmation email. I also just figured out, thanks to your questions, that airlines can provide a document stating that you traveled with them! So I've just requested that for my last two trips!

Hi everyone!

So as I'm compiling proof of having met in person in the last two years I see that a lot of others on here list passport stamps as proof. Here's my problem, my fiancé lives in Israel and they don't stamp passports there. They gave me a small pice of paper "visa" that I used to exit the airport. By chance I had saved one of these visa tickets, but I only have one out of the three (I've visited 3 times).

I

Interesting. The default at one time was a stamp in the passport and you had to ask to have it done on the paper instead. That was over a decade ago though. Maybe they got tired of the request from travelers...

Anyway, it sounds like you have enough evidence of you two meeting. Good luck!

Lol all the OP said to their question about frequent flyer miles was "nope" with a sad emoji and they somehow took that as the OP acting like a know it all. I know tones can be misunderstood when communicating online but there was no way someone could misconstrue or take offense to that lol. Just odd to me.

But lets try to stay on topic here.-

@Yaqui what was the purpose of your trip? Was it to meet your fiance? If so its very strange to not have any photographs of you guys together. You seriously do not have any photos together from any of the trips? Do you have photos of each of you (single person) at the same location? Meaning you took their picture in front of whatever landmark and another picture of you in front of said landmark? Is there a religious or cultural reason for not having pictures together?

Anything with their name on it like hotel or uber type stuff? Im very worried you are not going to have enough to prove you guys actually met. Its one thing to prove you were in their country but that does not automatically equal you meeting them with out additional evidence. Do they have bank statements for expenses that line up with your bank statements? Showing you guys were in the same places at the same time? Usually people have a photograph of them together but since you dont you have to be creative- but again simply showing you were in Israel isnt the same as showing you guys met.

How did you meet initially? Do you have chats where you discussed setting up a trip to go see them? Chats afterwards? texts when you landed or agreed on a place to actually meet? receipts from those places etc// Did you meet them while there? If you could provide some more details we may be able to help you come up with things to satisfy USCIS.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to respond! In my initial post I mentioned that I do have pictures of us together.

From initial post:

I also didn't keep any of my boarding passes, and only have email copies of my receipts from when I purchased the tickets. Is this enough? I also have pictures of us together. Do you think I will get an RFE?

I'm sorry if there was any misunderstanding. My fiancé and I met while on Pilgrimage in Israel. He is a full time volunteer there, but originally from Latin America, as am I. My second and third trip were 100% for the purpose of seeing him. We spent a lot of time together getting to know each other. So yes, we have pictures from our travels in Israel mainly to Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Haifa.

With pictures of you both together, that alone shows that you have met. I wouldn't be too concerned with the whole "it only shows intent of travel". US Immigration is very much aware of how the Israeli port of entry/exists work, and Israel is a low fraud country with strong ties to the US.

I don’t believe US citizens get an I94 record

In theory that is true, https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/:

An I-94 form is needed by all persons except U.S. Citizens, returning resident aliens, aliens with immigrant visas, and most Canadian citizens visiting or in transit.

But some VJ members have noted that travel with a US passport could show up on the CBP I-94 website:

Thanks your encouragement! My fiancé lives in Israel but is not from there, he's actually Colombian. Hopefully it will be a smooth process.
