Our window to file is from the end of May right through until August 24th, so we're planning on putting our stuff together next weekend when we have three days to get it all prepared, and then file end of May/first week of June. Just wanted to say hello to all those going through this stage of the process also!

01/10/05 - Arrived back in US

01/26/05 - Got Married! WooHoo!

02/14/05 - Had Medical Exam

02/22/05 - Filed for AOS in Seattle, in person

03/31/05 - Got EAD!!

04/02/05 - Biometrics and Fingerprinting

05/19/05 - AOS Interview - awaiting decision...

08/24/05 - (conditional) Permanent Resident

09/08/05 - Passport stamped in Seattle

09/19/05 - Recieved actual Greencard! YAY!!!

05/24/07 - 90 days to remove conditions starts!

06/02/07 - Filed I-751, California Service Center

08/09/07 - Biometrics and Fingerprinting

08/28/07 - I-751 Approved & conditions are removed!

09/12/07 - Recieved 10 year Greencard! YEAH!!!

*now contemplating N-400 and citizenship*

Hello!

Good luck with your process of getting everything together. I had to stretch it out over two weekends, in order to keep my sanity! :wacko:

I'm about to send my packet off today, so our timelines will probably be pretty close :)

05/19/07 - 90-day window opens
05/21/07 - Sent Package to VSC
05/22/07 - Verified via USPS.com package was received
05/26/07 - Return Receipt Received
05/30/07 - Check cashed
06/01/07 - Received Blue Fingerprint Notification
06/11/07 - NOA1 in the mail! 21 Days~!
06/29/07 - Biometrics appt completed
11/30/07 - Received letter in the mail saying GC is Approved!
12/20/07 - Received GC! Yay, finally we're all done!

Received Conditional Green card 08/17/05

Received Employment Authorization Card on 04/15/05

K1 application
June 2002 Met online
...Many visits later...
07/18/04 Engaged!
08/09/04 I-129F Petition sent to VSC
08/11/04 VSC recieves petition
08/12/04 NOA1 online
08/17/04 Check cashed and return receipt recieved
08/18/04 NOA1 in the mail
08/23/04 NOA2 online!!!
08/27/04 NOA2 in the mail
09/01/04 called NVC and got case #
09/02/04 Petition sent to London
09/13/04 Packet 3 sent from embassy
09/16/04 Packet 3 received
09/20/04 Checklist and DS-230 faxed to embassy
10/09/04 Posted P3 to embassy, never got email or phone confirmation that fax ever got there (grrr)
10/12/04 London receives p3
10/15/04 Got email that they never got the fax
10/23/04 Got interview date
11/16/04 Interview
11/19/04 Flew back to DC together <3
12/13/04 Hubby got his SSN
12/15/04 Married

I also and sending mine on WEDNESDAY.... May 23rd... I just finnished getting everything together tonight, I have a few more letters from freinds that are going to be here tommorow for me to slip in. Did most of you do 2 letters or more? I thought more would be better so I got 10. and put everything else I could find with our names on it.
