Scheduling Interview on USTRAVELDOCS for K1

Hello I am helping a friend out with scheduling an Interview in Lagos, Nigeria for a K1. But it says "No appointments available". So do I just keep going back and and forth and keep using all my tries till it logs me out and keep trying?

Or is there a certain time of week, day, month they load up the schedule for K1 interviews.

I'm assuming your friend paid the interview fee at the GTB Bank and has the receipt? You could also try emailing the Embassy and asking for an appointment LagosIV@state.gov.

Wet signatures are no longer required for I-134 for your Nigeria interview. You are able to send in scanned documents. I signed, scanned and emailed mine to my fiancé to print and it was accepted.

 

Scheduling the interview can take 1 to 3 months. Once you pay the 95,400 naira ($265) visa fee in a GTB Bank, you can go online to schedule an appointment at www.ustraveldocs.com You can get the forms online at http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visa_forms.html No need to go to the consulate to pick up forms. Download forms if unexpired or get current versions of same forms. Email LagosIV@state.gov for your interview date.

Thank you I will tell them to email embassy. This scheduling is just the worst. You only get like 4 times to log on and try then it says wait till next day to be reset. No calendar no nothing. Like goodness. Glad I am pass this and never had to deal. :)

Thanks but the visa fees at GTBank now is 98,050 naira ($265) at an exchange rate of 370 naira = $1. That’s what I paid last week Friday.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
