I WOULD FIRSTLY LIKE TO APOLOGIZE IF I UPSET ANYONE BUT I READ PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THERE CASES TAKING SO LONG AND THEY FIRST FILED IN FEB 2007. I FILED IN NOVEMBER 2006 AND ONLY GOT MINE APPROVED A MONTH AGO AND NOW PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING NVC HASN'T RECEIVED CASE A WEEK AFTER NOA2 BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MINE AND IT'S BEEN A MONTH WITH NO ANSWER FROM NVC. I DO UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION AND I AM SURE THERE'S A REASON THAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING LIKE THIS FOR ME MAYBE GOD IS TRYING TO TEST MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY HUSBAND BUT AT THE SAME TIME I AM STUCK IN THE UK WITH A NEWBORN BABY NOT SEEING HER AMERICAN FAMILY AND IN TEARS EVERY TIME I SEE PEOPLE APPROVED IN 2 MONTHS AND NVC RECEIVING CASE IN 1 WEEK. I AM SURE THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO'S CASES ARE TAKING LONGER THEN MINE AND I WOULD LIKE US ALL TO SAY A PRAYER FOR THEM. SORRY FOR VENTING BUT JUST NEEDED TO SAY SOMETHING

It is hard, but please continue to be patient. Hope your rest of the journey is quicker.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

HI JUST TO LET YOU KNOW I EMAILED THE NVC AND ASKED THEM IF THEY REALLY HAD MY CASE AND IF SO WHAT IS MY CASE NUMBER, FINALLY THEY REPLIED ON MAY 24TH WITH NVC NUMBER YEAH. GOING TO US ON MAY 30TH SO LITTLE ONE CAN SEE HER FAMILY IN ORLANDO HOPE THEY LET US IN SO SO NERVOUS BUT HAVE LOTS OF PROOF OF TIES IN UK THANKS FOR EVERYONES SUPPORT
