@MeghanK I just received mine today today. Is yours telling you that you have to pay by cash only?

It is, but I'm not sure if that is correct because there's a payment option on the interview booking site.... We haven't gone through the payment yet though so who knows.

Oh wait, I just noticed the "if you have not previously paid your visa fees..." part.... So you can pay online and if you don't then you have to pay cash at the interview.

@MeghanK - what kind of availability is there in February?  I'm curious if I should start expecting mid/late March vs. late February/early March by the time they get around to my cohort...

I would like to know the same. How far out are the interview dates?

Currently there are slots for

Feb 13: 730, 8, 830

Feb 20: 830, 9

Feb 27: 730, 8, 830, 9

No March dates released yet, as far as I know the following month's dates get released the last week of each month.

Very curious if the 12/12 and 12/26 cohorts are going to receive P3 at the same time (or if some 12/12s already have but not all).

My original P3 guess for 12/26 was next week but who knows now 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi guys! I just found this thread! :) I am maybe here a bit early on this thread, but the wait is driving me crazy, and I hope to interview in mid-late March.

Our noa2 was Dec. 6 and the NVC still hasn't received our approved petition from USCIS (almost 6 weeks waiting now!!!)

Did this happen to anyone else?

We got no luck from calling USCIS or the NVC last week. My fiance will call the NVC Monday and Thursday night this upcoming week. Thursday is our 6 week mark. If our approved petition is still not at the NVC on Thursday, I am sending a case inquiry to  nvcresearch@state.gov (as per the instructions from the NVC for cases beyond regular processing times).

So what's crazy is the NVC says it takes 6 weeks to get approved petitions from USCIS (not according to the VJ timelines here though), while AT THE SAME TIME, USCIS told my fiance last week on the phone that USCIS has 90 days to send the approved petition to the NVC (ARGGGHHHH). They should probably get their timelines straight.

I can see on this VJ forum and the recent timelines that MOST people only need 2, maybe 3 weeks for their petition to be received at the NVC, from USCIS.

Anyone else go through this? :( Why is our approved petition delayed / lost?

Hello Nicole, welcome. I can't speak to the issues you're having at NVC because i have not had this type of experience thus far... i do wish you well and hope you hear from them soon!! Keep us looped!!
