Booked my interview April 17 😉 is there any bus or train from  the Montreal airport to Medisys and Consulate or do i need to rent a car for convinience

There is a bus from airport to downtown.  Consulate is downtown.  Medisys is about a 10 minute walk from consulate.

Do not rent a car in Montreal. I live here it's a nightmare to even think about driving in the city lol Oh I meant to quote ErikandLeo oops, anywhos

You can walk downtown much easier than driving. :) The airport bus is very convenient with direct connection to the metro and several downtown stops. That bus is $10 though, but cheaper than the taxis, which will run you $40+ tips one way

I had my NEXUS interview at the montreal airport and was worried about making it on time.  Took a taxi.  States on the door of taxi, $40 minimum charge.  okay sure... took EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF TIME AS $10 BUS!  Omg was so mad at myself.  Bought a multiday transit pass for same price to use until I left.

Yes, multi-day pass (I think it's 3 days) is a great idea!

The amount of construction in Montreal right now is impressive.  Like I live in Edmonton and my drive home is perpetual construction of the LRT, but Montreal puts us to shame.  The places that you may be able to park your car are so random too.  Great test of my French I haven't used in way too long.

Congratulations. How long did it take the passport back after your interview?

Tracking says it should be here Tuesday, which would be six days. I did expedited because I don’t want to have to go pick it up at depot.

I know this is a redundant question on this forum but can someone post their visa day checklist.. like all the things they brought to the interview. Also is I-864 form required? Or is I-134 sufficient.

Only I-134 for the consulate interview (They might even reject an I-864, don't quote me on that though). Also, the checklist in Packet 3 is a decent checklist to use.

If they turn them down there’s a photo booth for passport photos in the basement.
