Very Quick Turn around for K2 Green Card

We mailed the girls K2 application April 3rd 2018 

Received RFE on Sept 20th, 2018

Mailed RFE back on Sept 21st, 2018

Confirmation RFE Received Sept 25th, 2018

USCIS Interview Letter mailed 10/15th, 2018

Interview scheduled 11/28/2018

 

Had a very good experience with the Lawrence MA Field Office. on 11/28/2018

Arrived at 8 am for 8:30 appointment. Waited 30 minutes and then both girls had there interview. Interview lasted 8 minutes total. Told they were approved. 

11/29/2018 USCIS Status updated to approved.

11/30/2018 USCIS Status Updated to Green Card mails

12/4/2018 Email stating USPS delivered both green cards. Called home and they had arrived. In less than 1 week we received the cards.

 

The officer was very nice and professional.......

Also, if the K-1 parent becomes a US Citizen before they turn 18, then they will automatically become US Citizens as well.
