It doesn't favour one side of the other. Anyone can go out and help people vote when they are unable to do so via the already established methods.

 

As I've said several times I agree there is a potential for issue here, but just the harvesting on its own is not proof. I'd have to see proof (or a suggestion from evidence) of actual fraud.

Sure, anyone can, but as the OP and most of the other stories that are linked in this thread show, it is the political operatives (primarily the Democrats) that are doing it.  That is the great thing about the vote harvesting, there would be almost no way that anyone could prove fraud hence why it is a major tactic of political operatives.  I tend to take another view, why allow such a potentially fraudulent act to occur at all.

As to the question about why people think it's democrats doing it... while cases of actual or attempted voter fraud are indeed rare, I think nearly every one I've heard or read about favor the dems.
