Received my Bio appointment approx 5 days after the submittal of the application. The appointment was scheduled for the week of 12/26 so decided to walk-in and it took less than 5 minutes. Next is interview?

 

 

CITIZENSHIP PROCESS

December 2, 2018 submitted application on-line.  Estimated Completion Time: 14 months or March 2020.

December 8, 2018 received notice on USCIS that Biometrics scheduled , date not yet shown.

December 10, 2018 saw in 'Documents' section of USCIS that Bio scheduled for  28 December 2018.

December 13, 2018 did a walk-in to the scheduled service center, and they did the appointment on the spot. New completion time reads 13 months to February 2020.

May 10, 2019 - received notification that interview has been scheduled. Date for the interview is Jun 12th, 2019. Completion time reads 9 months to February 2020.

June 12, 2019 - Passed the Interview. Waiting for Oath Ceremony Date. Estimated Wait Time: 6 months per the online portal. 

June 17, 2019 - Oath Ceremony Scheduled to July 9th, 2019. Wait Time: 5 months per the online portal. 

July 9th, 2019 - Oath Ceremony Done, Naturalization complete. Total time was 220 days or 7 months and 8 days.

Me too I just submitted my n-400 in 2 hours ago. I think u can see ur case number directly after pay and supmite the application. Good luck

Wife's Petition number is IOE9509721XXX.

 

This doesn't seem to be tied to any dating system similar to the ROC EAC17297XXX which referred to Year 17, day 297 (July 24) starting  from October 1st.

 

Anyone have an idea about what the IOE numbers represent ?

 

I think the IOE means Investigation Of Excellent (persons).  !!

I applied online December 1st and right now I am scheduled for Biometrics on the 26th of this month. It says completion is January 2020. I am still waiting for my ROC  and let's see how it goes :)

I believe IOE means "Integrated Online Environment" but I don't think the numbers match a taxonomy we recognize yet.  There are only a few forms that can be submitted online, so I would have thought the numbering system would be a lot more easy, but it's not.  We had applied for a corrected GC to fix a name (gave up) and the IOE number was pretty wild.

Quick update for everyone on Biometrics. Our appointment was scheduled for 12/27, but we will be out of town. We went today (12/17), and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. I had printed out our plane tickets in case they had questions about why we were there early, but they didn't even ask! We are at Hartford, CT field office.

Ours start with IOE9064497XXX. IOE I believe stands for Integrated Operating ENV location. That's what I see on case tracker app.
